A message of Grounding deeper into the earth

It was a peaceful sunrise with the sun making its way through a haze of clouds, while a soft breeze kept the bugs away. The salt air felt especially healing on my lungs this morning, reminding of the Zac Brown song, Knee Deep that says "Sunshine gonna wash my blues away....the ocean is my only medication."

Our message comes from a 2 black crowned herons, also known as Night Herons. Night herons get their name because they are more active at dusk.

They remind us to be more aware of grounding into the earth while connecting our intuition. The combination brings a powerful connection and awareness to ourselves.
Wishing you a day of connection.
